Mike is Co-Founder of Constellation Wealth Advisors. He has served as a trusted advisor to both family and institutional clients for the past fifteen years, beginning his career at Merrill Lynch and most recently at Oxford Financial Group. Building on those experiences and perspectives, Mike is charged with leading and advancing the Constellation brand in the marketplace. He graduated summa cum laude from Rollins College, with a major in Economics, and received his MBA from The Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. Mike also earned his CFA charter, and is currently a Level II CAIA candidate.
Jake serves as a family wealth advisor where he is focused on helping his clients achieve their unique and complex goals/objectives. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance, Marketing and Management. While at UC, Jake served as the captain of the baseball team and upon graduation played professionally within the Texas Rangers organization. After his playing career, Jake continued his studies at Xavier University where he earned his Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Most recently, Jake received the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) designation from the Investments & Wealth Institute.
Jake started his career at Merrill Lynch where he spent eight years running a multi-million dollar practice. Jake and his wife Lisa live in Anderson with their three sons, Hayden, Mason and Nolan. Outside of the office, Jake enjoys spending time with his family, coaching local youth baseball teams and volunteering with Cincinnati Habitat for Humanity.
Nick Reilly is an Advisor-Partner at Constellation Wealth Advisors. Nick’s 20 years of diverse experience in the financial services industry provides a unique value proposition for high-net worth and ultra-high-net worth clients. Nick is a problem-solver and enjoys working with clients who have family or business complexity. He understands the role of trusted advisor entails addressing all the issues which accumulated wealth present: succession planning, wealth transfer, charitable giving, communicating family values, tax efficiencies, and fundamental investing - both in public and private markets.
Prior to joining Constellation, Nick was a co-founder and President of HORAN Capital Advisors, a registered investment advisor founded in 2010. Nick’s previous experiences include positions as a lead options market maker on the Chicago Board Options Exchange and as Director of Alternative Investments within Fifth Third Bank’s Private Client Group.
Nick and his wife, Katie, are raising four active children in Montgomery. They share passion for St. Joseph Orphanage, DePaul Cristo Rey, Grant Us Hope, All Saints School and Parish, St. Ursula Academy and St. Xavier High School.

As an Advisor-Partner at Constellation, Cheryl will continue to do what she has done best over her entire career: serve families of significant wealth. With the support of Constellation’s robust wealth management platform backed by Quadrant Family Wealth Advisors, Cheryl will serve her client families as their family office and simultaneously be a key member on a team of subject matter experts in the field of wealth management.
Most recently, Cheryl was a Senior Vice President at Hawthorn Investment Advisors, a division of PNC Bank. Cheryl also served as the Managing Director of PNC Wealth Management, leading more than 130 wealth management professionals across the region. Prior to her time at PNC, Cheryl served in several leadership and investment management roles at Fifth Third Bank.
Cheryl is active in our community, serving as a Trustee of the Cincinnati Art Museum and Artswave Women’s Leadership Steering Committee. A graduate of Leadership Cincinnati’s Class 36, she is a founding member of the Cincinnati Preschool Promise, and further promotes her passion for early childhood education through her role on the Cincinnati Preschool Promise Board and Cincinnati Promise Forward. She is active with United Way’s Tocqueville Society and Success by Six.
Cheryl earned a Bachelor’s Degree in investment management from Capital University. She is both a Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Financial Analyst and is a 21/64 Certified Advisor.
Likening his role as a financial planner to that of a personal CFO, Kyle works to comprehensively serve each of his client’s financial needs – not just retirement planning or investment management. Kyle has significant experience across all areas of financial planning including: trust & estate, retirement, cash flow budgeting, insurance review, and tax-efficient investment strategies. Kyle additionally has deep experience working with clients to value their privately held business ahead of life transition events. Kyle believes that each client situation is unique and works accordingly to deliver customized solutions that are specifically tailored to meet their respective needs.
Kyle earned a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in economics from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designations.
Outside of the office, Kyle enjoys all things sports (especially football, baseball, and golf) and spending time with his wife and three young children. Through an appointment by the Governor of Ohio, he serves on the board of trustees for Southern State Community College and chairs its finance committee. Kyle authored the book, Perfect Approach: A Nine Hole Course to Financial Success Beyond the 9 to 5.
Kevin is a wealth advisor for Constellation. Kevin has served on Quadrant ‘s client service team since 2015, and therefore he brings deep knowledge of the wealth management philosophy and approach which we utilize to serve our clients.
Kevin graduated cum laude from the University of Cincinnati’s Carl H. Lindner College of Business with a BBA in Accounting and International Business and was a Kolodzik Business Scholar. Kevin also holds a certificate in financial planning from the Xavier Leadership Center and is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional.
Cara is the Chief Administrative Officer at Quadrant, in charge of office operations, vendor management, employee relations, and client hospitality. Prior to joining Quadrant, Cara gained fourteen years of experience providing best-in-class experiences and events for professional services clients at Taft Law Firm.
Adam is responsible for investment due diligence, including manager selection and investment research. Prior to joining Quadrant, Adam acquired over 6 years of experience in the areas of investment research, high net worth individual portfolio management and private company financial analysis with Fifth Third Bank and Great Traditions. Adam graduated magna cum laude from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business with a degree in Finance.
Sarah is a client communications administrator at Quadrant Partners. Prior to joining the firm, she gained experience as a logistics associate for Mondelēz International. Sarah graduated from Amherst College with a BA in Economics and Psychology and was a two-time captain of the women’s tennis team.
Austin is a client service administrator at Quadrant Family Wealth Advisors. After graduating Vanderbilt University with a double major in Philosophy and English, Austin spent two years teaching math in Greenwood, Mississippi. After Teach for America, Austin came back home to Cincinnati to start a 501(c)3 non-profit prior to joining the Quadrant team.
Donna is a wealth advisor and director of client service, working closely with clients to meet their financial planning needs, assisting with recommendation and implementing investment strategies.
She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Finance & Concentration in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati. Prior to joining Constellation, she spent 2 years at Oxford Financial Group and 12 years at Merrill Lynch in various Client Relationship roles. In 2016, she earned the Certified Financial Planner™ designation and has held the FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses. She is passionate around causes such as the YWCA and American Heart Association. Donna, her husband Christopher and their daughter enjoy family ski trips and the arts.
Patrick Lafley is Managing Director and a founding member of the firm. With a broad, multidisciplinary background gained from work experience both here and abroad, he brings a global perspective to Quadrant’s client-aligned approach to wealth management. Following the completion of a History degree at Tulane University, he earned his MBA at the Thunderbird School for International Business. Corporate finance, telecom and media positions in Shanghai, New York, Sydney, San Francisco and Cincinnati prepared Patrick for his role as architect of family wealth planning strategies as well as business management at Quadrant. Due to his prior finance and corporate lending experience, he also assists the investment team with private investment due diligence.
Patrick Rogers is Quadrant’s Chief Investment Strategist and manages the firm’s overall investment policy and asset management strategy. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Xavier University, Patrick has more than 25 years of experience in the investment field gained at LaSalle Bank in Chicago and Gateway Investment Advisors in Cincinnati. From developing investment strategies to managing concentrated equity positions for high net worth investors, his technical expertise and deep knowledge result in recommending practical, yet prudent solutions for our clients. Prior to joining Quadrant, Patrick was CEO of Gateway Investment Advisors, which he successfully grew to $11 billion in assets, and sold to Natixis in 2008.
John is Managing Director and a founding member of the firm. He spearheads client advisory services at Quadrant. Building on a foundation he developed in the asset management, trust and banking sectors, he leads Quadrant’s service team by encouraging a prudent approach while simultaneously ensuring clarity and simplicity for our clients. John graduated cum laude from Vanderbilt University, and subsequently acquired deep expertise from portfolio management and advisory positions held previously at Sanford Bernstein, PNC Bank, and Fifth Third Bank.
