Mike loves serving as a balance sheet advisor to entrepreneurs, business owners and executives. He guides his clients through a collaborative, customized wealth mapping process that begins with helping clients organize and align their various sources of capital with purpose. By doing so, he hopes to unlock and add value to his clients and their families by delivering the clarity, confidence and conviction to pursue their passions.
He helped develop and launch the Constellation brand because he couldn't find anything like it in the wealth management industry. He his proud to be part of a community of advisors that always put the client first, constantly search for a better way and have a strong desire to be a part of something bigger than themselves. His favorite Constellation cultural attribute is selflessness.
Outside of the office, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and five children. Often coaching his kids in sports or spending time with them outdoors. He is also active in the greater Cincinnati community, supporting organizations that serve children through education and sports.

On a typical weekend, you will find them at the local pool splashing around with friends or at the park running around the playsets. Coaching is also a big part of Jake’s life. Nick is the oldest sibling of a large and dynamic family and his “curse” is the oldest child syndrome: higher standards, competitive nature, duty to serve. Nick is also a problem solver who enjoys working with clients with family or business complexity. He understands embracing the role of trusted advisor entails addressing and simplifying all the issues accumulated wealth present, including expressing family values, succession planning, wealth transfer, charitable giving, tax strategy, and fundamental investing.
