Sam Needham

As a wealth management advisor, Sam has a clear vision and appreciation for what is required to build wealth.

He joined Constellation in April 2023 after spending the first 10 years of his career at Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan. During his tenure at Goldman Sachs, he served in the Atlanta Office as portfolio manager for two of the region’s fastest growing teams. While at J.P. Morgan in Nashville, he was a private banker responsible for onboarding and managing high net worth clients. He provided his clients advice and services across investing, lending, banking and planning.

Sam is a graduate of the University of Alabama, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business.

What Drives Sam

Sam serves on the Board of Directors for both the Nashville Sports Council and Martha O’Bryan Center.

He is married to his incredible wife, Ginny, who serves as the Associate Chief of Staff for the Tennessee Titans. Sam and Ginny have an overly loved dog, Eli, and over the past year have been renovating their first home in the West Meade neighborhood of Nashville. In his spare time, he enjoys watching sports (most notably Alabama Football), playing tennis, vacations with family and reading non-fiction
