Tommy McConville, CFP®

Tommy joined Constellation as a Client Service Associate, where his background in public accounting gives him a strong foundation for serving clients and growing with the firm.

Tommy is a licensed CPA in Ohio and comes to Constellation after a three-year stint in public accounting with a focus on high-net-worth individuals, their families, and closely held business entities tied to those families.

Tommy graduated from Xavier University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. He earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 2026.

Why Constellation

Tommy’s passion for client-centric work and his drive to understand, evaluate, and execute holistic financial plans tailored to both individual and family needs is what led him to Constellation.

What Drives Tommy

Tommy serves as a board member on the Emerging Leaders Board for Cancer Free Kids (CFK). Tommy also serves as a board member at the Cincinnati Tennis Club and is the treasurer for the National Father Son Clay Court Championships held in Cincinnati.

He also enjoys giving back to Xavier University’s Williams College of Business and regularly attends undergraduate events meant to prepare students for postgraduate work. 

Tommy is originally from Louisville, Kentucky, where his family still lives. In his free time, Tommy plays any sport with a racket or paddle and fills in the gaps on the golf course. He is an avid fan of Xavier Basketball, the New York Mets and the Cincinnati Bengals.
