She has more than 20 years of experience in strategic human resources across various industries, including retail and manufacturing. In past roles, she became a trusted advisor to various leaders and was involved in the strategic direction and organizational plans for these businesses.
Jamie is a graduate of Miami University and holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and finance.

Jamie resides in Cincinnati, Ohio with her husband and three children. In her free time, she plays golf and loves cheering on her children in their athletic endeavors from soccer and golf to tennis and swimming.
