Patrick Lafley is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Constellation. With more than 30 years of experience spanning wealth management, commercial banking, telecom, and media, Patrick offers a rare blend of strategic depth and operational range. His work across local, national, and global markets equips him with a multidimensional understanding of how to help steward Constellation for the benefit of our clients. Patrick exhibits an unwavering dedication to client outcomes, and his perspective is grounded in a consistent focus on developing and evolving impactful capabilities for our clients.
Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Tulane University and a MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Patrick is actively involved in the community, serving on various boards including The Christ Hospital Health Network and Xavier University. He also serves on the investment committees of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati, St. Xavier High School, and Xavier University.
