Alicia manages Constellation’s administrative operations, ensuring that both clients and team members enjoy an exceptional experience every day.
Prior to joining the company, Alicia spent 15 years in the hospitality industry. Most recently, Alicia was the event manager for Via Management Restaurant Group, where she spent six years creating memorable dining experiences for her clients.
She attended the University of Cincinnati.

Born and raised in a small suburb of Cleveland, Ohio, Alicia is an avid Cleveland sports fan. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, being active, and traveling.
