Louisa Gehring joined Constellation as a Client Service Associate in August 2024, bringing with her a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit and client-focused expertise.
Prior to her role at Constellation, Louisa spent over a decade as the founder and owner of an award-winning luxury travel agency. Her agency specialized in crafting customized, high-end trips for clients worldwide, honing her skills in personalized service and attention to detail. This entrepreneurial venture followed her earlier career in Brand Marketing, where she worked for several companies, including Capital One.
Louisa holds a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University and graduated from the University of Virginia where she studied history and Spanish.

What Drives Louisa
Louisa is deeply committed to supporting military spouse and veteran-centric organizations. She actively contributes to Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors and The Travis Manion Foundation. Additionally, she lends her support and time to Lacrosse the Nations, Summit Country Day School, and Pro Kids.
Born and raised in Chestertown, Maryland, Louisa’s life journey took her through Virginia, California, and North Carolina as a Marine Corps spouse before settling in Cincinnati in 2013. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on the Bengals and Reds, practicing her Spanish, and going for long runs.
