La Costa Moore
Director of Operations
La Costa Moore serves as the bridge between executive strategy and frontline execution in her role as Director of Operations. She thrives on helping organizations articulate their vision and building the systems, processes, and teams to get them there.
Prior to joining Constellation, La Costa served as Interim CEO and Chief People Officer at The Mission Continues, a national veteran services organization, where she led day-to-day operations and shaped the organization’s people strategy. Her passion for building environments where both people and performance flourish has defined her career, which includes leadership roles at Macy’s Corporate and Fifth Third Bank. In 2022, she was honored as a member of Leadership Cincinnati Class 46.
She holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration from Florida A&M University.

What Drives La Costa
La Costa and her husband are proud parents of two active children, whom they cheer on as they pursue their passions in academics and sports. Their family mantra — “Live & Build Moore” — reflects how they approach life together, whether traveling, enjoying music, or rooting for FC Cincinnati. La Costa is actively involved with the St. Xavier High School Mothers’ Club Board.
