James W. Taylor, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
James leads Constellation’s finance and administrative operations. He brings over a decade of financial leadership experience focused on the design and implementation of strategic plans and delivering support to client-serving business partners.
Prior to joining Constellation, James served as controller of a $75 billion AUM investment management business unit of a Fortune 500 life insurance company and held financial roles for PE-sponsored portfolio companies in the middle market. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
James earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Murray State University and a Master of Science in accountancy from Wake Forest University.
