In her role as CEO, Kelly drives our strategic vision and leads with purpose, creating clarity throughout our organization to ensure we’re in the strongest possible position to consistently deliver distinctive and lasting value to the clients who trust us.
Kelly’s business leadership experience and expertise, along with her personal understanding of how family legacies are built through discipline, foresight and long-term commitment, makes her uniquely positioned to be CEO. She served as Constellation’s Chief Operations Officer for nearly four years, executing the company’s strategic plan and making certain our advisors stay at the forefront of industry trends while leveraging our enhanced capabilities and best-in-class tools. Before joining our team, she spent nearly 10 years as COO of BGR, helping her family to grow their 53-year-old company.
Kelly is a proud member of Leadership Cincinnati Class 47, as well as C-Change, Class 8 and WE Lead, Class 11 – all three leadership development programs offered by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. She was named one of Cincinnati’s Forty Under 40 by the Business Courier and winner of the University of Cincinnati Goering Center for Family & Private Business’s 2018 Larry Grypp Rising Leader Award.
Kelly is a graduate of the University of Dayton and Xavier University’s Williams College of Business.

Driven by a commitment to community impact and organizational excellence, Kelly is honored to serve on several boards including the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Cincinnati, Saint Ursula Academy, the University of Cincinnati Goering Center for Family & Private Business, Main Street Ventures, and is an Advisory Committee Member for Saint Xavier High School’s Leo H. Gerbus Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation.
Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Kelly enjoys living close to her family. On the weekends, Kelly and her husband Todd are usually trying to keep up with their two children and dog Dexter who is more often than not the favorite!
