Bryan joined Constellation as a Client Service Associate in September 2026. He brings extensive sales and operations experience, along with a genuine commitment to helping clients achieve their goals.
Prior to joining Constellation, Bryan spent 14 years at Cintas Corporation, where he progressed into several leadership positions overseeing sales and operational teams. He was recognized for his performance and leadership throughout his career, earning the highest recognition multiple times with the President’s Club Award in sales and the Outstanding Achievement Award in operations.
Bryan graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Cincinnati’s Carl H. Lindner College of Business and was a member of the Kolodzik Business Scholars Program.

What Drives Bryan
Bryan is actively involved in his community, currently volunteering his time with his children’s sports teams and Immaculate Heart of Mary. He’s driven by a genuine passion for helping others succeed — on and off the clock. When he’s not busy with events, he enjoys the occasional round of golf, traveling, and cheering on the Bearcats, Bengals, and Reds with his wife and three children.
